Kangana Ranaut- hosted reality show 'Lock Upp: Badass Jail Atyaachaari Khel' has been grabbing eyeballs right since its announcement. The makers have been leaving no stone unturned to make the show a lot more entertaining and engaging. Recently, Sara Khan’s ex-husband and actor Ali Merchant entered the show as the 14th contestant and his sudden entry has definitely shocked Sara. While this move of the makers is undoubtedly controversial, it did not go down well with Sara’s fans.

Reacting to Ali’s entry into the show, in an episode, Sara was seen expressing her emotions with co-contestant, Saisha Shinde. The actress said, “I’m very strong. I have seen life. This won’t break me if that is what they want. It (the situation) was twelve years back, and I’ve forgotten about it- I don’t even remember his face clearly. And my choices since then have changed. I’m changed as a person- that time I was a kid, now I’m a woman. So, that makes a difference. But I have no grudges against him. Later, Sara poured out her heart to Karanvir Bohra after he asked her what actually happened between her and Ali. Talking about Ali’s unexpected entry, he said, “He wants a comeback, you know what I mean?.” Sara then immediately responded, “So, do that (make a comeback). Just not on my shoulder. Karo na apna karna hai jo bhi hai. Listening to this controversy for twelve years straight, it breaks my heart. It breaks me.”

Karanvir then advised Sara to learn to co-exist with the new entrant. “Yes, this is what I’m going to do now. Earlier I thought of taking a serious action against him coming inside the house, but then I thought- he’s not that important,” Sara further added. For the unversed, Sara Khan and Ali Merchant got married on the reality show Bigg Boss in 2010. However, they both got separated in just two months.
